British Bouldering Championships 2018

Once again the BMC British Bouldering Championships will be taking centre stage at Cliffhanger, on Saturday 7 & Sunday 8 July 2018.

Organised by the BMC, the national championships is the best outdoor bouldering competition in the UK calendar, and counts towards selection for the Senior British Bouldering Team.

For the third year running, the competition will take place LIVE on a purpose-built bouldering wall on Devonshire Green, right in the heart of Sheffield City Centre and provide the headline spectacle in Sheffield's outdoor adventure festival, Cliffhanger. Like a lot of the events in Cliffhanger, the BBCs are completely FREE to watch.

The event normally adapts an IFSC Boulder World Cup style, with qualifiers on Saturday and Semi-Finals and Finals on Sunday and is a senior category only event, so entrants must be born in/before 2002 to enter.

With plenty going on across the weekend, come along to experience the festival atmosphere, featuring live music, food and drink stalls, a BMC member VIP area and lots of other attractions.

Fancy testing your mettle alongside some of the UK's best boulderers in this senior-only, IFSC Boulder World Cup style event? Online entry is OPEN NOW and closes Monday 2 July at 5pm.
